The company was founded by Sadi Mehmood, a British Muslim businesswoman who previously spent fifteen years’ working in Retail, Customer Service, Sales Management and Biotechnology across three continents. Fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Bhari, she describes herself as a balanced, integrated, authentic product of today’s British multi-cultural society.

In the context of the workplace, Noble Khan enables organisations to comply with the Employment Equality (Religion and Belief) Regulations 2003 though delivery of The Asian Cultural Training Programme, the UK’s only accredited cultural awareness training course.

Highly experiential and practical, the course explores the relevant religious, cultural and legal issues so crucial to doing business in today’s diverse world. Completing the course means organisations can operate without fear of breaking the law, causing offence or pandering to misplaced political correctness.
